Getting started
How much does social media management cost?
Plans start from £79 a month for 8 branded posts. Our bundles are £149, £299 and £549 a month, or you can build a custom plan on our pricing page and see your exact price.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. All plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime.
What happens after I buy a plan?
You’ll get a welcome email and a link to book your onboarding call. We’ll collect your brand assets and logins, then deliver your first content calendar within about 7 working days.
Do I approve content before it’s posted?
Yes, always. You’ll get a content calendar to review and can request changes before anything goes live.
Which social media platforms do you manage?
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest and Threads.
What is a social set?
A social set is one account on each platform for one brand, for example one Instagram, one Facebook and one TikTok. Extra sets for additional locations or brands are £29 a month.

Is the content made by AI?
Our team uses smart tools to work efficiently, but every post is planned, designed and checked by real people who know your brand.
Do you reply to comments and messages?
Yes, with our community management add-on. We reply in your brand voice and pass hot leads directly to you.
Can you create videos?
Yes. We edit Reels, TikToks and Shorts from your footage or premium stock footage, with captions and trending audio.

Ads, SEO & websites
Is ad spend included?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta or Google from your own ad account. Our fee covers strategy, creative and optimisation.
How long does SEO take?
Usually 3 to 6 months for meaningful growth, with quicker wins from technical fixes.
Can I edit my website myself?
Yes. We build on WordPress with easy-to-edit blocks, and we’ll show you how.
Billing
Billing & guarantee
What if I’m not happy with the content?
You have 14 days from your first batch and two revision rounds to get it right. If it’s still not right, we’ll refund your first month.
How do I cancel?
Just email us before your next billing date. No forms, no fuss, no guilt trips.
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices are shown before VAT. Any VAT due is calculated at checkout.
